David Fewkes – Tenor
I joined the choir, since moving down to Whitstable from Hartley, Kent in 2015.
I am responsible for media communication on various web sites to communicate the choir’s concerts and other fund-raising events for our chosen charity of the year, and finding additional members to join our wonderful community choir.
Joining the Oyster Singers has created new friends with a common interest of singing together which is good for your health and well-being. I can read music, which has come from playing the piano since I was 8 yrs. old and reached grade 7. I am not an active piano player anymore but can play with music after good practice sessions.
